    Featured Car Questions

When & where did you purchase this car?
A friend in virginia while in "A" school (USCG Tech School)

Why did you choose this car as the basis of your project?
I'd always wanted a 240sx and Katrina took my other three cars

Was there anything unique about the car before you started modifying it?
It was already pretty stripped when I bought it.

What was the objective of this project?
To have a multi purpose 13sec daily driver.

Any specific technical details you can share?
Building the car myself was an adventure, after blowing the head gasket on my first turbo build, I built the motor with help from friends. Drove it for 7 months before I got rod knock, 3 cranks, 1 oil pump, and 4 turbo's later the car is what she is today.

What was the most difficult part of the project?
Staying dedicated to the car after all the hardships.

If you had to do it all over again, is there anything you would change?
I would have left the car one color. LOL

Have you generated any formal test results with this car (dyno, ¼ mile, etc)
    Dyno'd on 15psi 346whp 374wtq, 11.65@118 on 18psi 1/4 mile

    Are you finished? What’s next?
Never finished. Fully built motor, bigger turbo, small shot of nitrous and 10.9 in the 1/4 mile. Then bodywork and paint.

What is your favorite thing about this car?
The fact that ppl under estimate it because of the busted look.

As modified, what makes your car unique?
    Its looks.

Are there any individuals or companies involved in the build that you would like to give special thanks to?
I wanna thank BHC, Jeremy Kettler, Rodney, Eric, Jason, Bennie, Matt White, Matt Pena, Matt Micheals, the cool guy crew, Ricky 420a, Ricky Vasquez, Frank (Tony Hawk), Rahn, Stiffy, Mexican Mike, Sumo, Lance Fitz, Jason @ Emance, Corr Performance, Patrick @ Live Bait, ka-t.org, nodrft, zilvia.net, sr20forum.com, mazworx, all my friends that helped with the car, those I forgot, and NOStreetRacing.org. Without all of ya'll I dont think the car would've come this far.

Anything else you’d like to share?
Really enjoy working on me and my friends cars. This is my therapy. Without cars in my life I'd probably be lost. This is my passion and true love. I don't do this for anyone else but me.

p.s. Thanks to everyone that voted me ride of the month
